Votes aren't the issue. I agree that you that a good story well written can make a difference however good stories do need to lead to some resolution. A touched breast is not a rights of passage. Ending it this way just leaves the reader hanging. If the story ended instead with a kiss and the teacher vanished we'd have a good ending. This thread is dragging on because people basically like discussing the student teacher subject. There's a lot of rationalization going on to buy into this 18 year old just coping a feel conclusion.

It would be just copping a feel (set in 1949) at first, but I think a romantic courtship story with mild erotica would be best.

The teacher is a part time substitute and is really a stripper.
The teen went to the strip club one day and was surprised his supposed "girlfriend" was stripping.
