Nobody can vote. It's "judged" by EPIC members. And then announced (like the Emmy's or something! ) at their awards ceremony in March. First round (to pare it down to finalists) is judged that way, too. So now it goes into the last round of judging to determine one winner in each category.

I'm just thankful Doc and I aren't competing!
