Spring Break (Holiday?) Romance

Hopefully you guys can help me out, i am looking for a story where a teenager/college student is either fixing a boat or a driver on a boat and begins with him being on a boat with three ladies from a college a distance away with one which has an accent which he goes on to have a relationship with over the break/holiday. She disappears one day/does a runner on him and the story jumps into the future where his friends partner/college connects the dots and reunites them for him to find out that she disappeared because she was pregnant and had returned home.
