This a story I read many years ago. I don't remember much but I'll try recount what I can.
The woman might have been called Rachel but I forget.
The story follows a guy who saves a woman from being raped, I think they're in college. They end up getting together but I think she still wants to mess around with other guys which he doesn't like but I think she chooses to be with him.
The next part I remember is that they're married or together etc and they want to have a baby. She starts behaving weirdly and sexually towards other men which concerns the boyfriend/husband and I think she might flirt or something with a biker or in a club etc.
Either because of this or something else, he decides to leave her and moves to a different town/city.
Eventually she finds him and confesses that she she started behaving weirdly because she found out she can't get pregnant. It turns out that she had teased a guy many years ago and was raped which caused her to be infertile (this is a separate rape from the one that he saved her from)
I think they cry and get back together.
