Okay, this is based on a vague weird dream, but it could as well have some basis in reality and may even have historical examples.
A girl or girls travel to a competition or some such with direct intention to seduce top athlete(s) specifically to get pregnant. No longer term commitment or blackmail or anything is sought, just insemination. The woman or women participating in this may or may not be in current relationship(s).
It easily could be just personal obsession, but in the twisted logic of the dream world it was presented as quite popular and socially acceptable practice of group behavior, with no further explanation given, but all kinds of fantastic reasons may be devised (like mass male infertility), or alternatively a localized culture can be constructed (like specific cult practices of a limited group).
Note that the woman is the predator, preying on a top male athlete for very limited goals.
The specific narrative was something along the lines of sneaking/smuggling/breaking into Olympic village or some such, but in this I found the principle more interesting than scenes.
