First-time poster here...I'm a mainstream writer who has moonlighted in adult and erotica for some years now. Despite positive feedback from friends and others, I'm looking to get into it more seriously, and as such have posted my very first "real" erotica short story right here on Literotica.

Also, I was wondering if any of you could provide feedback on erotic fiction as marketed to women. I've heard that the ones that truly make money on this write from the female POV...easier said than done considering I'm a 28-year-old male. Any thoughts on it?

I only read through the first lit page though because your story is a guy's fantasy. And that's great if guy's are your audience. You lost me at the woman being in charge of the sex and to tell you the truth, the other day a guy got off the treadmill after a half hour of running, then started lifting weights and eee-gad he stunk. And he was one of my friends. I wouldn't want to fuck him in that condition. Ew!

I don't understand the question. Are you asking how much erotica is written from a male vs. female perspective on this site? Are you asking how much of your erotic content felt like male gaze?

I'm a writer too. My story for the Valentine's Day contest was written from a guy's POV. First time I did that. But it is a story for a woman. I do my best with explicit sex scenes and maybe guys like them because they are wrtten by a woman. But I think they are written for a woman to enjoy. You can check them out if you like. My valentines day story won't post until Wednesday.
