My boyfriend and I live a couple of hours apart. We see each other every two or three weeks normally (sometimes less, sometimes more). We've been together two-and-a-half years. We have great sex, and we both know that we've got a lot more to explore together. But one thing that's always been a bit tricky is some consistent flirting over text when we're not together. I find this unusual - most of the 'things' I've had that have been either entirely online or at a distance have involved a fair bit of sexy texting, but it seems to make my current BF feel a bit awkward unless he's had a few drinks. He's not like that when we're together. I would like to try to build that up a bit, but obviously don't want to make him feel weird. Any thoughts about this?
