A few years ago there was a book published called "Sperm Wars" by Robin Baker (it's out of print now but can probably be found in used book stores or on half.com). It was intended to explain the latest scientific findings on human sexuality and reproduction to the general public, but became controversial because Baker used short, fictional, scenarios to explain some of the situations. The scientific community promptly labelled the book pornographic and dissed it and Baker, although as far as I can determine the science in it is accurate.
The basic premise is that human sexuality is driven more by impulses from the subconscious mind, which is constantly evaluating what is the best strategy for ensuring reproductive success, than from the conscious mind, which is too caught up with all the social mores and inhibitions.
For example, a woman who is planning to have a child might find herself impelled to 'harvest' semen from several men besides her husband/long term partner in order to set up a 'sperm war' in her womb to make sure that the healthiest, most vigorous, sperm will succed in fertilizing her.
[The term 'sperm war' was coined to recognize the fact that semen contains 3 types of sperm: hunter/killers which recognize and attack sperm from another man, blockers which create bottlenecks in the woman's reproductive system to prevent competitive sperm from advancing towards their goal, and egg-getters which actually do the fertilizing.]
From the man's point of view his unconscious mind will evaluate what the competitive situation might be and adjust the mix of sperm types in his semen accordingly.
Sorry for the long preamble but I'm finally ready to propose some story ideas, based on the above.
Baker's fictional scenarios themselves could in many case be expanded or adapted to make hot 'Literotica' stories. Or the basic premise could be used to construct a plot such as, e.g. 2 men who are rivals in some field agree to settle their competition by taking turns fucking each other's wife to set up a sperm war, the winner being the one who succeeds in impregnating both women.
Any thought? Any takers?

I really liked that book. It rings true. Since then I have also seen a number of educational shows about those concepts.

As for your story idea, I'm afraid I wouldn't really want to do it - much for the same reasons I didn't do the story idea submitted a couple of months ago titled "sperm wars"

Sorry but good luck! And everyone else, if you haven't read this book, go down to your local library and check this shit out!
