I think there are a couple sites that feature those types of video's though the big one is called creampiesurprise.
I find it funny how they totally freak out that he shoots in her and usually don't know when he's doing it.
Though I remember a couple of them that were more like real life, oh dammit what are you doing shooting in me, one even just smiled and said oh well.
