Are there (or perhaps I should use the singular) ... is there a VE around who can handle an author who is not a native English speaker? The problems are very difficult and complex and it really needs a teacher of English as a foreign language to understand what is happening. Just one example is that the Japanese do not use definite or indefinite articles, so how do you explain when one has been misused?
