was the most helpful to me back when I was an anal newbie. I got a great understanding of how it really works when I went for pelvic physic therapy using both vaginal and anal probes for biofeedback sessions. Being able to actually look at a computer screen and see the effect of tightening or relaxing anal and pelvic muscles was eyeopening (not to mention fun )

That was a bit confusing. Honest-to-God never heard it called that before. A home run, yes. Fifth base, no.
