Hello Lovelies at Literotica,

I posted up my first two stories last month and really happy to have had a healthy amount of views. My feedback is averaging around 4 at the moment so I'm quite proud.

I don't want to beg people to read or anything but if any more experienced authors had a few moments spare I'd really appreciate some critique/feedback or general advice on how I can improve my writing in the future.

Thanks for listening!

CCx

p.s. should mention I write under non Consent / reluctance just in case that's not your thing!

Well first off welcome aboard!

Now two things, one put the link to your stories in your post that way us lazy people can just click on it and read it.

Second you would most likely get some better responses if you place this in the story feedback forum, which is pretty much designed for exactly what you're looking for.

Personally, I don't read noncon stories, but from what I've seen if you're hovering around 4 that's pretty decent a lot of those stories get beat down pretty good.

Best of luck with your work here.

Hi ccbelle.

Good luck with your story. You'd probably have a better shot at getting feedback if you put this post in the Stories Feedback forum. Also, include a link to the story in your post. Even if you have it in your sig, not everyone can see that -- there's an option to not display sigs, which I and others use. The easier you make it to see the story, the better the chances of your getting some feedback and critiques.

Editorial assistance

You can ask a volunteer editor for some help too.
Good luck - and well done on the good ratings with your first stories.

Welcome to the AH, CCBelle, and congratulations on getting your stories up. Post a link and I'll give them a whirl, but as others have mentioned, this type of request is really tailor-made for the Story Feedback Forum.

hello all - thanks for the welcome & advice is much appreciated!

Thank you for taking my forum cherry!

I don't really use forums in general so please excuse rubbish manners (such as not properly looking through all the topics!) it's ignorance rather than me being rude.

Rather than post links here I've written a new post in the correct forum ;) http://forum.literotica.com/showthread.php?p=43024126#post43024126

Thanks again xx

A welcome  for the little newbie from the good little witch.

Welcome to Lit and the AH, cc. Most of the good advice has been given previously, however, you best steer clear of the Loving Wives story cat and the General Board thread. The former's a reader's comment nut house and the latter's a poster's comment snake pit. :D

Mwah ;) right back atcha glynndah!

TE999; amazing, that cracked me right up, I've survived pretty much unscathed from my post asking for criticism on my stories! I still can't even work out how to keep a track of the threads I've started let alone comment in others!

There is a pulldown menu on the thread (top right corner, "Thread tools") that will allow you to subscribe to it. Then it's listed under your User CP for you to pick it up and check it out whenever you like.

Well done on your good scores for your first couple of stories and keep writing!
