I supported DeSantis until he ended his campaign. Perhaps he’ll take another shot at the White House in 2028. That’s a long way off and I’m not going to think about that election right now. In the meantime, the state of Florida remains in good hands, Disney World isn’t going anywhere, and the Burbank CA-based corporation no longer has carte blanch control over the special district.

I supported DeSantis until he ended his campaign.

I didn't go. The turning point for me with him in particular were the video interviews around the school shooting in Iowa. DeSantis gave a very presidential interview (but who was he handing it to...) and Haley came off more as a mom. I thought her position was a little weak, even if it was relatable. I wouldn't have voted for him anyway though.
