Sources confirm Pence as Trump's VP choice

Mike Pence will be Trump's vice Presidential nominee according to reliable sources.

It wasn't what I was expecting. I was expecting a more radical off the wall choice like Don King, or at least Marco Rubio. Nevertheless, I think Trump again has surprised everyone by going with a low key solid conservative who brings none of the ballyhooed "diversity" that everyone was expecting. By doing the most conventional thing he could, he did the unexpected which is what you can expect from the Donald.

Pence will help shore up Trump's support among the anti-Trump conservative elements and get them onto the Trump Train. I think its a smart move. He needed to put the lingering conservative opposition behind him so he can court moderates and independents. He can't be worrying about his right flank at this point.

Also, Pence has 12 years in Congress and will do a great job as Trump's liason with Congress.
