Nothing wrong with crying... but please keep your head up. Screwing up is a choice, not a given thing. We have all made bad choices now and then. But wishing you were dead is different from being dead. Your child needs you, and might never forgive you if you opt out of life. Your child needs your love and suppport... So many firsts, from schooling through relationships, graduations, marriage. He or she needs you to be there, to contribute to their knowledge of life, to help guide them on their path into adulthood. You are important.

Wishing death on another or yourself only makes things worse. If there is another in his life, I wish you luck in finding a middle ground where you can deal with it. It will take time, just don't let go of the things that are important to you.

Most of all, hang in there, ok? When you think that life can't get any worse, it can only get better...
