I read bobtoads "Newbies" thread, part of the way through. Call me gullable, but is it really true that new people can't post more than one new thread a week? What is considered new as opposed to....? When is it okay for someone to post new threads whenever they want? I am not fresh out of the oven or anything, but I'm not as experianced at this as I should, i guess, for having that said under my name. I am sorry if I've been breaking some rule, but on the forum rules it says "who can write a new post- any registerd user or guest" I guess there could be good reason for it so that's why I'm asking, or you guys were just giving bob a hard time!
