Something with Poxbringers

There are no Poxbringers stories on the site!

So, I'm thinking something about a heroic character -- maybe a Rambo type, escaped from the hell of 'nam, running hot on PTSD -- is out in the forest, survivaling hard.
Then he runs into a band of Poxbringers, of course.
They gangbang him.

Or maybe it's a couple of coeds on a trip.
And they are gangbanged by the Poxbringers.

All I can find are Warhammer 40k references. What is Poxbringer to you and why should they (seemingly) rape a hero or coeds?

Ps it is absolutely crazy to me that mixed education is special enough that a word has been created to address it. No wonder some cultures can't handle the other sex.
