I want some ideas on the best ways or sappyily romantic one's......on how YOU would propose to your loved one.

The sweeter, the cornier the better heheh.

Some time ago, in a own where I lived there was an old, hisorically important church. An enterprising young man got permission from the Priest and reserved a well landscaped and fountained courtyard on one side of the church for an hour's use. The young man then recorded the church bells during a time when they were played.

The young man escorted his inamorata to the reserved courtyard and walked her to a bench in the courtyard. He started the bell music, at low level and then proposed to the young lady in the beautiful courtyard with the music of the bells in the background.

Just for the record, the young lady accepted his proposal!

You can propose to her in a story. The story would have to be about you two and you will need to make sure your feeling come across. That would be romantic.

In RL I have proposed four times and been accepted every time. 100% hit rate even if only the last actually ended in marriage.

#1 By moonlight by the sea.
#2 On a tor on Dartmoor in bright winter sunshine.
#3 At a political rally during the intermission.
#4 By a waterfall just after we had walked through a gorge on planks above running water (which she hated) and she had banged her head hard on an overhanging rock. I had to catch her to stop her falling and then I realised that I didn't want to let her go. Perhaps she was stunned because she said 'Yes' straight away.
