Thank you, Rainshine! I'll be honest with you: It's not exactly as I saw it in my head. There was an extra light source to my left that I had neglected to take into account and was adding light to that side because the exposure was so long (several seconds). Also because of the long exposure there is a little unsharpness in me since I wasn't perfectly motionless.

Still, it's pretty close to what I wanted, and I'm pleased that you like it.

I just love the way the light hits the small of your back. To me, that makes that shot beautiful.

I was trying to show curves and contours through the use of highlight and shadows ("chiaroscoro" is the Italian word for that), so if the light illuminating my back is what makes the photograph beautiful to you, then it has achieved its purpose. Thank you!

Welcome to my (very) humble thread, Isseii! I appreciate your comments. That's high praise from one who's own photographs are as beautiful as they are prolific! Thank you.

I never know very far in advance when my alone-time will come, or how much I'll be granted, so when I get it I try to shoot as many pictures as I can to have several from which to choose. This sometimes results in a somewhat lower overall quality than I would like, but I'm still satisfied with this bunch. I'll be posting a few more as I have time to edit them.

It's true, I might be in need of a support group. There are many days that I really need to slow myself down and focus on quality over quantity. I understand the alone time issue all too well. I still manage to find the time usually, to slip away and come up with something. I suppose that picture quality is diminished during those moments....but damn do I have some pics taken in strange places.

I look forward to it.

Thank you, Arianthe. I like the effect of the light on my chest hair, too. Interestingly, though, it isn't sunlight. It's a combination of light from my indirect, off-frame source and light from the laptop itself.

I guess it doesn't really matter what the light is from as .long as you find it appealing.

I'm so happy you stumbled across my humble little thread. This picture-in-a-picture is one of my favorites, too. Heck, I love her entire thread! I love the entire thread that belongs to the other picture's picture, too. In fact, between the two of them that night I had a very difficult time containing my...enthusiasm...while I was making these photos.

Well, let's see.

On most maps Canada is "up.". Traditionally, Heaven is also "up.". Therefore, Canada is Heaven (or close enough to it.). So, we could say that I'm "divinely" inspired!

And even if Canada isn't Heaven, you ladies are still divine.

I'm normally not a fan of picture in picture shots at all. I have to say that you've done a damn fine job of changing my perspective on that. You have a beautiful body and know exactly how to use the lighting to your benefit. These are deliciously yummy shots.

I was digging through your other pictures and found the ones with your hair in them and just about fainted. I've decided that you are perfect.

It might also interest you to know that those pictures where you can see my hair are from about two years ago. My hair is a few inches longer now.

The Phone is a Camera

This series was taken with my phone, attached to a tripod. The resolution is lower that my other photos, but I do have a program that allows me the use of some creative effects.

This first one is the same photo three different ways. The first is simply cropped with no other treatment. The other two have had effects run over them. Would you tell me what you think of each?

I'm so very in love with all versions of this. That hair, those hands, that chest...all of you really. I'm convinced that you were designed for the sole purpose of making my toes curl.

The third version looks absolutely stunning, the second is hauntingly beautiful, the first is my definitely the favorite for me though. To be fair though, that's only because I can still see you more clearly in it...especially the hair. Ok, now I've been sitting here flipping back and forth between them and can't decide anymore. It's also getting much much warmer in here the longer I continue doing it.

I suppose I should have gone the easy route and just said, "damn you're sexy".
