I took quite the long hiatus from Lit — open to seeing what’s changed and finding the right person. 40F from the south.

I prefer the written word, fun banter, and have varied interests of both innocent and not so innocent varieties. Avid reader that’s very excited for football season and engaging conversations.
 
Welcome back, though to be honest, I'm sure not much has changed. Mostly lonely people looking for the same thing over and over and lots of griping.
But, I hold out hope.

Is saying you’re from the South and saying you’re eager for football season redundant;-)

My biggest surprise from lit was discovering how much I like Southern women. Totally unexpected. Never realized how much regional differences there are.

Us northeasterns love the start of football as well...unfortunately for this new yorker thst means more embarrassing new york jets football

Ah, the written word of course. The word is like thr anatomy of the soul, is it not? I'm no Football fan, being Aussie, but I thought I'd say hello.

I’m quite curious what this season of CFB might look like. Changes seeming to be happening so fast as far as which players are eligible (is LSU literally going to have a former NFL draftee suit up for them?) and the amount of money in NIL and no salary cap is just kinda bonkers. It the wild, Wild West era of CFB it seems.

I’m a food geek though so let’s talk foody. You have a few preferred game day culinary options of any type?
