Kelly will survive since she has friends and memories of her love. This was a very erotic story at first and then so emotional at the end. Kelly's lover let her go in the end so she can get on with her life. That is so beautiful it hurts. Lisa is in tears and so am I. I think we need a good cry. I do hope life is not like this all of the time.

In Gloucester Mass. there is a memorial to over 10,000 men who went down to the sea in boats and never came back. The original idea for this piece occured to me there and I would suggest anyone thinking of taking to the sea for a living to go there. It conveys a felling that is hard to describe.

That is a lovely story. Very moving. I don't know if it would be correct to say I enjoyed it since I was dreading the ending that I felt was in store. I was struck by it's beauty and the despair of Kelly's very difficult and complex future.
