I was just reading an article in the LA Times about dress code.

I'm going to play Devil's advocate a bit here and ask how do you know that's what the girl was wearing, and how she was wearing it when the teacher talked to her?

no, i can't. and the behaviour of the teacher was appalling.

IF the girl was leaning forward and showing a smidge of cleavage, the teacher could have spoken to her quietly to just adjust her neckline a little.

sounds like a typical Funk comment.
