Some tags no longer return any results

The tag "castration" no longer turns any results, even when clicked upon from a story that has that tag applied.

My guess is the site has disabled it, so it cannot be seen as condoning castration as a sexual practice.

The term "castration" may be a blocked tag, but if you think that the way that the tags portal is working has changed recently, I would be interested to know other terms that are not working for you. I do not think that we intentionally made any changes that would block tags in the last few months. If you are seeing a change, it could be a bug.

Please share any other information or tags if you have seen changes in the tags portal.

Yes, this is a tag that worked until maybe two or three months ago?

The same is true for the “vore” tag, which returns a result of “no stories found”. Despite this, when trying to filter by category, the available categories are limited in a way which suggests that the search has successfully completed. That is to say, only those categories which would presumably contain relevant stories are available and yet the website displays “no stories found”.

I'm pretty sure that's a banned tag.

I tried searching the tag "babysitter" recently and it came up as no stories found. I'm pretty sure that's not something that would be banned and am confident there are stories on here in that vein.

Yeah, tags like that were working until a few moths ago.
From Manu's reply, perhaps the banning of the tags wasn't working until some other change triggered it.

Interesting. I know it was working a few months ago, because somebody asked about vore and I pointed them to that very same tag by way of demonstrating what the site permitted.

I'm pretty sure "babysitter" is a banned tag, actually.

Searching for "babysitter" in story title/text finds a ton of stories about sexy babysitters. Many of them are tagged "sitter", which certainly looks like authors are trying to work around the lack of a "babysitter" tag: https://tags.literotica.com/sitter/

I wouldn't be surprised if Literotica simply banned any tags containing "baby", for obvious reasons.
