Clearing cache????

I've been advised to clear my cache to try to clear up a problem with boolean operators in a tag search (story side). Google tells me I do this in Chrome by clicking "Delete browsing data." I did that and expected another annoyance to go away. That is, when I enter "foru" in the address field, it is loaded with this: "http://forum.aumha.org/index.php?c=12" This goes nowhere, and I don't know how I got it, but where did it come from if I successfully cleared my cache?

I do all my Lit stuff in incognito mode.

How do I do that in Chrome? I don't see anything except Delete Browsing Data. Anyway, what I put in the address field wouldn't be classified as a search, would it?

I meant to delete "Browsing history" from the "Browsing Data". That should have removed the browser's memory of previously-visited sites.
