on what to get as a gift for a boyfriend... i dont really have any ideas.. i've been with the guy about 2 months now, and some things are coming up very soon (like his bday, and xmas, and all that stuff)


any thoughts?

Maybe find out his favorite author and get him a book if he is into that.

Or

Do you have a nice pic of the two of you together you can enlarge put in a nice frame?

Buy some lingerie for you and surprise him as being his gift, of course, he must unwrap you

and i've already tried something similar to the book idea.. i tried to find his favorite movie.. unfortunately they dont make it anymore on vhs or dvd

i like the picture idea.. it sounds pretty good


and he doesnt like lingerie at all.. he says he prefers me nekkid and alone so he can give me some company (he even despises bras).. i like to get the cute little sexy things just as something new to play with, but he doesnt like figuring out how to get any of them off

is he into sports? a nice sweatshirt/polo shirt with the logo of his favorite sports team is always good.

An autographed item from his favorite player...

tickets to a game (can be the cheap seats - as long as he's there it doesnt matter too much)...

the book is a good idea, but, as a guy, i wouldn't want a framed picture of us as a gift.

have you tried finding his favorite movie at a used video store or on ebay?

(Whats the movie, maybe some of us can help....)

I was going to suggest what Pokerman did, and search on Ebay or Half.com for the movie. If you find it, have a movie night w/ him and watch it together.

Does he have any hobbies, or collect anything? I've given models and comic books as gifts and they were well rec'd.

A care basket is nice also. Especially in college. Put in all his fave treats, necessities (laundry soap, shampoo, etc.). Make up coupons for him to use (Naughty and nice).

i've looked all over the net.. the movie is Flight of the Navigator.. he has a copy of it, but it was taped off the Disney Channel awhile ago, so it isnt the greatest copy. i kept looking, thought i had it, but no such luck. the thing is on back order and i just got an email yesterday telling me that i wont be able to get it (manufacturer doesnt make it anymore).

i get what you're saying about the picture.. its not exactly my idea of a great gift either.. and he's not really into sports.. he's more of a cartoon man (he loves DragonballZ).

as for his hobbies, he skates (rollerblading.. same difference).. and i would try to do something with him on the lines of that, but he works at a skating rink and i dont think he'd want to go spend an evening out there.. or skating with me (we've talked about it before and decided against it)

i've even considering getting him a small potted plant and writing a note to go along with it.. but i dont know how well that will go over with him since i dont think he's a plant person (even though i think he'll like anything i get him anyway)

I like that movie to it is a good one. I do kind of like the picture frame idea that was the first gift my gf gave me. It is a nice picture and I like it.

You could try and get some completly off the wal lingere. Like kind of poke at him and see if there is any kind of costume fantasy he likes that you dont know about. My gf did that. She had been hinting that this one weekend she was gonna dress up as something for me. Well she went into the bathroom and came out as a school girl with pigtails Yummy.

There must be some lingerie he likes. I mean i like my women naked too but some sexy lingerie and then unwraping them from them can be oh so much fun.

Oh oh just thought of something else. If you have like an adult store in the area or if you poke around online you should be able to find adult coupons. They are little books of cupons that you can give to your lover that say things like "Good for one Full body massage" Good for one blow job" They can be very very fun.

Adult board games can be fun too. I have always thought erotic photos in black and white were great. That might be a little more hard to do but if he was into photography maybe he could do it for you. You could set it all up and have him take pictures.

You could make your own coupon book if you wanted. Might be fore fun that way. Make it up on the computer print it out on cool paper with nifity graphics. Save you money too. I am all about saving money for gifts.

You can never go wrong with Underwear, T-shirts, or socks. Since they are from you, spice them up a little. You know, maybe heart or polka dot boxers. Glow in the dark banana boxers. Thong or g-strings for guys. T-shirts with holes in them for your pleasure. Be creative. Have fun.

One of the best presents I've heard of that costs you nothing but your time is to make him coupons that are either. 1) Giving him an hour long massage. 2) Offering to clean his room 3) Redeemable for a dinner and movie with you. You don't necessariy have to go out. Homecooked meal and rented movie work nicely.

He likes music? Have a CD burner? Make a list of his favorite songs, or artists he likes, and make a complilation for him. It doesn't matter if he HAS all the songs already, it shows that you're paying attention, and that you care. You can print out a list of songs, put a CD cover on it, make it look really romantic....

I'll do it, and mail it to you if you really need them done. I've got a burner, and about a couple thousand MP3's lying around.
