First those aren't ideas, they are barely genres.
Second DON'T PM. The only appropriate time for PMs is if you are sharing private information for whatever crazy reason. Otherwise you want as many people as possible working on the story ideas you present. When you PM someone you limit the conversation to just the two of you but you don't want just the two of you, you want ideally the entire internet, realistically four maybe five people all bouncing ideas around even sharing links of what has already been done.
