Soccer? Interesting? Maybe...

We have football and the Europeans have soccer and rugby. I often wondered what the interest in soccer was, although there are some fit looking guys that play it. Then I found these two pics and thought maybe as a watchable sport they're approaching it the wrong way. I know if the teams were dressed like this I would play, home or away

Until I saw the pictures, I was going to comment that I didn't believe that the words "soccer" and "interesting" belonged together. Now I'm having second thoughts.
