The precious metals thing is just silly, for reasons already posted. So the question is, would I rather be smarter or stronger.

Hmmm. Being smarter would be nice but may also have downsides. Greater intelligence could lead to depression as societal mores aren't likely to change even in the face of most women becoming more intelligent. If women being considered second class citizens or chattel was based on women being less intelligent we would have neither. I personally would like to be smarter. As I age I find myself not as sharp as I once was and it would be nice to regain the easier intelligence of youth.

Being stronger would have some upsides. Tires would be easier to change, jars would be easier to open, and, yes, it would be nice to be able to deck someone effectively if they made inappropriate advances.

Well for starters, try changing the diaper on someone who is both smarter and stronger than you but has no control over her emotions.

I'm pretty sure she would have 3x the strength of a baby- also, I've never once been attacked while changing a diaper. I'm performing a service for her, and she's pretty much always known that. The thing wasn't that she gets 3x my intelligence and strength, she gets 3x HER intelligence and strength. So 3x the strength of a baby is gonna be the strength of a 9-year-old.

Bitesize might have been smarter than me when I was changing her diaper. She got that psychological warfare shit down EARLY and dropped it as soon as she could talk. When she was still non-verbal it was terrifying. When that kid cried, it sounded like she was praying to an Eldritch god for the strength to kill us.

I know this might be difficult to understand, but most people's kids love them. What this would mean for me is that I had aligned myself via early attachment to someone who would be a goddamn superhero.

I kinda explained the babies earlier. A baby-girl is born and, say, dies of some disease common in the developing world, and the money goes to the father (i.e. mother's husband). I suppose most girls in, say Bangladesh, who make it to their 3rd year will make it to adulthood.

The next generation of girls will still look good compared to the middle-aged men (i.e. the former boys).

Some radfems don't accept transwomen as women; and I'm not sure that I do either. Not that I don't admire people like Chelsea Manning—I do, but I wonder if many transwomen are parodying women as one in blackface might a black. (Might as well make it so each transwoman has a choice of complete transitioning.)

Not if their enhanced intelligence is heritable -- which presumably it would be, and by both sexes.

Let's say they aren't, but the more intelligent mothers might mitigate that a bit environmentally through nurturing.
