Well.. I'm not sure I can tell you... but look at Makofin's 2nd post here. The ratings DID drop substantially from a bunch of twos on eight different stories.

I agree, Ted...
The only thing the rating system really does is give you some feel of how the story is being accepted by the readers. The pulp I write (and I admit it's intentionally written as pulp) hopefully brings a laugh or a smile to the reader. That's all I care about.
