It's been a while since I had the ability to peruse the boards. Anything new? Where's that Gossiplady chic? Don't tell me I have to read ALL the threads to catch up?!?!?!

Sorry to say the weather here in Florida is abso-positively gorgeous. And it's my day off. But I've been in Lit withdrawal for too long and cannot tear myself away to venture outdoors.

How long is "a while"? I'm not as talented as IdaGossipLady, and I'm not sure how far back you need, but here are some of the more recent highlights:

• Marxist organized a writer's contest featuring 10 authors (many first timers) that wrote stories of 800 words or less. Impressive lot - go check them out: http://www.literotica.com/forum/showthread.php?threadid=65758
• Never leaves the Lavyland Ranch today to start college.
• Outsider was pistol whipped by a gang of thugs and posted some nice shots of the back of his bloody head. He's recovering nicely, though.
• Stonedagger has returned to Lit and is also recovering nicely from being run over by a car.
• EvilBollWeevil (now known as EBW) got hitched, went away for a wild and wooley honeymoon, and is back as well. No reported injuries in this case.

OK, that about taps my brain. Now get outside and enjoy that weather!

My heathens have adjusted to Florida quite well actually. The youngest (she'll be 3 next month ) has taken to the lizards. She picks them up whenever she can and lovingly gives them to mommy. *sigh* All the oldest cares about is going to Disney. Seems to think since we live so close we should go everyday.
