Take no notice - of course you should move. You can spend your life in one little community, never meet anyone who has not had the same background as you, never watch anything on TV that is not a mirror of your own life, read nothing but trivia based on what you see on TV, or...
You could live in the whole world. You could let your curiosity lead you into travel and adventure. You could find friends that you share so much with, but who come from backgrounds which are unimaginably different.
You could read enough to know that Shakepeare was as human as you are and that the people of the classical era are reaching out to you with their words and craftmanship. You will come to realise that human history is half a million years old, and that all of it belongs to us all.
You could live!
Get your bags packed kid, and give us a call when you get to Oxford, it's about 90 minutes away from here.
