it's a fuckin minivan, and the probably arrested some Soccer Dad, whos confused and pissed in the back of a cop cruiser.. sheesh..

aparently a tip came that this phone booth was going to be used or something.

3 marked cars 2 unmarked cars arrived, suited up and survieled.

The van arrived pulled up to the booth, all the other cops came and the early cops with full assault gear went to the van.

the door was locked but it seems the guy willing unlocked the door.

The van had Temptorary virgina tags, and nothing else, no papers, no registration, no inspection

Call's over, flipped on the TV. That minivan doesn't look like what we've heard for descriptions of the van so far.

no ladder but there wasa luggage rack

all this apparently took place 8ish in the Eastern time zone

The reporter said that he was a hot suspect, though the authorities haven't said anything yet.

There's a confirmed shooting at a gas station in Farquier County, (about 2 hrs from Richmond).

2 people reclasified, niot suspects but individuals

ATF guys were well planed for this apprently thier gear takes 30-45 minutes to put on and they arrived fully geared up soon as the cops had the white van individual in custody
