I'm right about at that point when you're on the verge of deciding whether or not the evening is over. Another few sips of pinot and it's time to do the luxury shower, see that everything in the house is tended to and then tuck in with a book (or favorite site) until you fade away into a slumberous stupor that ultimately results in waking with a lock of hair soaking in your unattractively gaping maw, or...

you get a wild hair and post a thread on Lit wondering what would happen if you ask people to mess with you.

Well... I guess that answers that.

Whirligig on a Whirlibird,

It's 5 o'clock somewhere.

Damn, somewhere is here!

Lol! Fear not, at least as far as too-early drunkeness goes. Alas, I am not "here" there anymore. Nor for a while now.

Not sure I want to go back, either.

Prolly because the only flippin' place a plebe like me could afford were places you couldn't even hang a set of wind chimes unless you were cool with them being gone the next morning.

If I decide to to go back to good ol' AK, it won't be Anchortown. It would a be to another town that shall remain nameless, that grabbed my heart and never really let go...

and I'm suddenly seized by a desire to sing the Cheers theme song ...where everybody knows your name....

Convivial in Cooper...town,
Ellie

The cost of living in comparison to other venues is declining here in Anchortown. Likely, because a person who does a hit and run can be hunted down by the police, jailed for an evening, and then, be out on bail for a whole $25. Gotta love the system if you're a criminal. Catch and release.

(For that rat bastard's sake, my daughter in law and grand daughter were not injured when he plowed into their vehicle.)

This place is my home but I am not adverse to moving within a reasonable driving distance when I cease to be working at this job.

Cannot relate... but sentimental nevertheless?

I dig it. Ya know... on that "I get you, stranger" level.

So here's something grok-worthy.

ermagerd. It's one of those "not something I'll experience or would ever do what it takes to achieve that lifestyle" things.

Yet, at the same time, you know that you're just one night away from the right events falling into the right order, and there you'd be wearing something you shouldn't, giggling at fruit cups with alcohol in them.

Suggestible in Sarasota,

Just post your tits in Titusville.

So, if we were in a bar, you'd be the guy who gets tossed out on his ass after I send the right distressed look at the bouncer.

Not before I give you a pair of mittens to wear, however, to warm you in place of the pair of mammaries you have zero chance of glimpsing. Say...

ta-ta to the ta-tas,
Ellie

Ouch. That's gonna leave a mark. A premature ejection!

If you’re not asleep please tease the above boys. Make it them beg and call you Goddess, Mistress or whatever.

Fetish forum is down the hall and to the right. Third door down.

You're welcome in the wooly wilds of lake Woebegone,

Pfft. If that were my goal, I would've already accomplished it.

And what an empty thing it would be.

Eh, maybe. But you’re casting leads by posting what you’ve posted. Play with your power. Might not be empty for you.

Ummm, no.

We will never be together in a bar.

And to think you have any credence with a bartender... please.

Ta ta to tiny tatas.

Edit, bouncer.

You are drinking too much tonight.

Ergh. And I thought those of us who've had a little too much were the ones who lacked the proper self-awareness.

Errant on Erie,

My leads are plain, and power isn't for playing with. No ulterior motives.

Just wondering if my fellow Litizens will come through with something that truly messes with my inebriated mind.

Wishin' on Lake Woebegone,
