SO if Frimost is the "Lazy Boy Warrior" What is Busybody?

At least Frimost would be welcomed in the military. Busybody would last a few minutes and all that would be left are shit-stains.

I went into the recruiter’s office Friday and had a good long conversation. I decided a 2-year stint as a M-1A1 Abrams tank crewman might be nice, short enough to decide if I like military life allowing me to then decide whether to re-up or not. But it will be a long process; they have stringent height-weight rations for body weight so I will need to lose more weight to sign on the dotted line. If I do not get a kick-ass job or a decent one that I am very happy with by the time I reach their fitness goal level then I will sign up.

Maybe you can operate a Patriot Missile system. By the way, Union Jack is not a target. :p

A guy I used to work went into the army about 2.5 years ago and he was a biiiggggg guy. About an inch or two taller them me, so 6 foot 1 or so, and 250++.

He spent a couple months before he actually went into service working on getting himself in shape an losing about 20 lbs so that by the time he got in he did not die. He went in to be a aviation mechanic and as far as I know did just fine. I have not talked to him in a year or so though.

damn!

I'm new here and don't know alot about everyone yet but after reading up on your last couple days post i have to admit my mind is made up.....Frimost is an idiot!

so when you sign up, canyou actually say " I want to be a tank crew member?"

My family member went in for Electronics...hes now IN Kuwait.

Well you won't necesarily get what your first choice is but you do have some control over your asignment espesicaly if you do well in Basic Training.

He was already a decent mechanic, I met him when he worked at my shop for the summer after HS, and so I think that helped him get the assignment he wanted.

Of course you can, it is a Military Occupational Skill.

The Army still uses the BMI Index for fit reps right?
