And all I did was to completely cut out gluten from my diet. It's been interesting. I actually had some sort of freakish gluten withdrawl and got extremely sensitive to the stuff. I had a vegan frozen dinner at work and didn't count the soy sauce in it as something with gluten and I thought I was going to end up in the E.R. for the allergy shot. Fever, difficulty breathing, skin was itchy, couldn't sit still, etc...
Also, cut out all artificial sweetners and all fast food but I didn't eat much of that stuff at all.
From what I've read it can take up to two years for the body to heal all of the autoimmune response damage.
Anyone else cut out gluten and notice a big change?
