I know this has been done before but I was talking with a friend and it dawned on me how many times I've moved and I can't even think of them all.

If you've only moved a few times or haven't moved at all, what do you thin k of the idea of packing up and going someplace new?

I've moved over 25 times in my life...not all my choice. I've lived in three different states, same country. Screw the block, I've been around the entire state! Moving again is not a problem in the least. With the company I work for I could transfer almost anywhere in the world...kind of exciting. Made for interesting discussions with certain people in my life.



So how many times, where and or what do you think about moving again or for the first time?

my parents used to move around a lot...which i think lends to my not enjoying travelling much. In my adult life...three times over 15 years.

1) moved across town to a better neighborhood when i was eight.

2) moved to college at 17 - then home

3) moved to college again at 18 - then home

4) moved to college once again at 19 -

5) parents moved across town to a worse neighborhood when I was 20

6) moved back from college

7) moved to college the last time at 20- then home

8) moved into my first grown-up apartment half a mile from the parents at 21

9) moved into my current place at 23 to live with my roommate. (back to the better neighborhood from time #2)

I don't know how many times you would count that......

I moved to Reno, Nev. a couple of times, and now live in Oregon. Quite possibly my next move will be back down south and this time Arizona. We shall see.

12 times from Kindergarten to senior year in high school, at least that I know of for sure.

Have lived in every state in the west coast HATES Cali with a passion. OH WVa Fl Tx OK MI and KS ..theres another state that sucks for completely the opposite reason of Cali.

2) 17- went to college in Albany

3) 18- moved to a different dorm

4) 19- moved off-campus

5) 20- moved to a different apartment off-campus

6)21- upon graduation, moved in with a boyfriend in Queens

7) 23- moved out and moved to a different area of Queens by myself.

8) 24- moved in with a friend in same apartment complex as I was living in

9) 26- moved to a floor in a 2-family house in Queens.

Within the next year- If things go well, I might be moving to NJ.
