I've quit like 3 times in the past year. Patch, gum, cold turkey,weed, biting people... nothing worked.

I ran out 7 nights ago and didnt bother getting more. I slipped twice and smoked my mom's Marb's. (ONE each slip) when I was REALLY stressed out but I haven't smoked in what will be 5 days at around 1am EST. I haven't had a noticable craving for an actual cigarette in days. I have no desire to light an actual cigarette and smoke it. The thought makes me queasy and ill.

I AM going through withdrawl. It isn't pretty

I've found myself wanting to light up one when I'm at the computer. Not so much as my body wanting it.. but because it's a habit. So I've distanced myself from the computer. I'm breaking two addictions at once I guess.


My morning cig was the one I was worried about. It was the first thing I thought of when I woke up.. and the first thing I did. Even before making coffee and going potty. But I haven't had that craving.

I'm using the patch.. and hopefully all goes well when I'm done with those.
