Should we spend our taxpayer money on:

figuring out how to build life sustaining moonbases for the moon?
figuring out how to re-establish an atmosphere on Mars?
or engineering undewater community sealabs?

The second one was my 7th grade science project. I got an A.
 
Cutting down on carbon monoxide gas would be a good alternative.

I cant wait till Manhattan is under water. Florida, and China.

Somewhere. It involved pictures as well. One had a horse. That is really all I recall.

Why should we build moonbases for the moon? If we are going to build them, shouldn't they be for us? :D

that's something the government has yet to clear with the moon people.

excellent foresight... we will need horses to help till the martian soil.
 
You mean the pulverized rock?

I don't think there's much that would qualify as "soil" up there.
