Tissue plasminogen activator is useful if you have a blood clot, so I can't see why you'd be opposed to it.

The Export-Import Bank is the official export credit agency of the United States federal government...
...it was disingenuously created in 1934 by FDR executive order to covertly help the communist Stalin survive by funneling that piece of shit tyrannt hard-earned, Depression-era, American taxpayer $$, in the form of American taxpayer-guaranteed so-called "loans" (along with, of course, arms and tactical/logical advise which the crime against humanity also use to liquidate his own people).
It wasn't too many years later that WWII exposed the crony-communist financial relationship and, in the 70 years since, it's been used for all sorts of nefarious purposes since - not unlike any other federal government fabricated crony-capitalist deal that is allowed to grow and thrive long past its publicly pimped purpose.
The EX-IM is said to have around $140 million in current (American taxpayer) liabilities...
...it's proponents like to boast stuff like the Ex-Im Bank contributes to deficit reduction by sending $1.057 billion to the U.S. Treasury in FY 2013, or that over the past five years, the net amount EM-IM sent to Treasury was $2 BILLION.
Unfortunately for their crony-capitalist cheerleading, last May the Congressional Budget Office announced that Ex–Im programs actually operate at a deficit that will cost taxpayers some $2 billion in the next decade (in addition to the bank’s operating costs).
The EX-IM is nothing but crony capitalist at its very finest...
...it subsidizes with taxpayer $$ some of the most profitable corporations on the planet; eg, General Electric, Westinghouse, John Deere, Caterpillar, Ford Motor Company, Bechtel. In the last five years, in fact, Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company (with a market capitalization exceeding $91 billion), benefited from 197 Ex–Im deals totaling $48 billion.
Congress should let the piece of shit, crony-capitalist piece of crap, Export-Import Bank die a death that should've been inflicted unmercifully upon it many, many years ago...
