Lilith stood at the balcony, her raven hair flying wildly in the wind. Her hands were gripping tightly at the tone rail. She was clothed in in a simple green dress, a cord tied gently around her slim waist. With one breath she pulled herself to sit on the cold stone, she had waited for him, as long as her heart could take. Her face was flushed with tears, her eyes rimmed from crying. "Goodbye Christian.." she mumbled as she stood. Her barefeet on the cold stone.

"STOP!" came a voice but Lilith did not turn. WIthout even a thought she jumpped plummetting towards earth before her body vanished entirely. Her body compressed and soon a swan flew through the crisp night air. SHe had loved Christian and now he had deserted her. Back to the forest for her, no longer did she need to endure the pain, she would be the simplest, a swan.

ooc: I could use a Christian, this is a fantasy tale, something like the swan princess. Any other chari's welcome, so please join. This will be a fantasy thread, with actions as well as sex, so enjoy.

Carl felt as the toll of old age crept up on him. He had been the caretaker of the old house since his retirement, a lost choice as his family slowly left him, and his friends died off, one by one. He had a wife, and dutifully mourned her, yet his heart was never quite hers, though he truly loved her. He woke up, lying in his bed, lost in his thoughts, then finally sat up, to feed the swans. It was a cold, cold, day, and he bundled up with his day-old bread, half for him, half for the birds that stayed here. As he sat on the bench, he took his midday nap, and drifted off to sleep.

OOC: Isis, you can either start the dream, in which Christian and Lilith reunite, or I'll write up something in my next post! :rose:

Seelky slipped thru the underbrush and trees in the form of a fox her golden eyes flashing when the light caught them just so her fur keeping her warm in the cold air. Something wasnt right... she had been worried for Lilith her swan like friend.

Lilith had gone to wait for someone called Christian she had explained the storie but Seelky was still a little confused, and so not seeing her friend return she found her self moving from shadow to shadow watching for hunters who might be out looking for fox fur to find the caretaker in hopes he would know what to do to help her friend.

Seelky was known to manny hunters as a trickster of the forrest, and she accepted that name proudly for she enjoyed leading humans on a merry chace. they gave her kind other names as well but thos she choose to ignore.

She is a young female fox spirit who rarely took human form. Prefering to stay a fox as the laws of the forrest made more sence than the laws of man. To any human she looks like an ordanary red forrest fox. To thos of her friends such as Lilith, and few select others who she chooses to reveal her human side to she is 5ft 4in 110lbs with a slender hourglass figure.

Her hair long untamed matched the red of her fox fur, and her eyes could be taken for hazel insted of gold depending on how close one looked. Comfortable in her nudity she rarly botherd to cloth herself letting her hair hide her body insted.

Christian had his sword out before he even knew that he wanted it. It came to his hand with a surprising grip and by the time he knew it was there he smiled at its reassurance. He was naked without his sword, lonely without it. His sword was the one thing that he needed above all others. Anything else he could live without, but not his sword. That was immeasurable.

"Find her, find her now!"

Men scrambled around her, racing for horses and galloping away. Squires and servants that had just told him of the situation. A sigh escaped his lips. She was supposed to be taken care of, held in place for his return. Now she was off somewhere, God knows where.

Christian let his sword move through the air, slicing at empty trees and hollow shrubs. When his anger subsided, he sheathed it once more and got atop his horse.

He had to find her, at all costs.

Name: Sweetflower
age: undefinable
species: woodland fairy
descript: youthful looking, around 5 feet in height, lightly tanned skin, copper colored hair, green eyes, lithe in build.

other:

Sweetflower is a woodland spirit. She can appear at a whim and dissapear as quick. She can easily change what she is wearing, but usually prefers to wear a forest green, silky loincloth, and her chest is covered in a lacey bikini styled top decorated with green and gold leaves. Her wings, when she chooses to have them are super fine, green with gold swirls, and are more like butterflies than feathers.

She's often very playful, and can choose to either help or hinder somebody, but is very loyal to her forest friends.

ooc: thanks everybody for joining ^^

Lilith had flew, her snowy wings spread wide as she glided onto the surface of the lake. She would not think about Christian, and he would not know where to find her. By the time she had landed the morning was breaking, the sun rising over the horizon. She was blessed, or cursed, with this shifting ability.

The only downside was once she changed she would not return to human form until the sunset, and that was only if she chose to. She stepped from the water and sniffed the air. Someone she knew was close...

Sweetflower perched ontop of a sturdy old oak branch as she watched the almost comical hurrying of the humans. She didn't know what they were after, but she suspected it was because of the Lady Swan. It was suprising how fast rumors spread in the forest.

She giggled and dropped a handful of acorns ontop of one poor soldiers head, and when he looked up she dissapeared, only to reappear atop a tree on the other side of the path from the soldier.

From her new perch she was content to just watch. She contemplated going to tell the man who fed the swans, or even the sly fox that was around.

But for now she was entertained by the antics of humans in her woodland home.

Seelky stoped where she was catching Lilith's sent on the wind and changed corse making her way twoards the pond her friend favored most. In the distance she could hear sounds of humans crashing thru the forrest, and hurried to find her friend hoping she was unharmed.

Arriving at the pond a few moments later she saw with releif that her friend was alive, and had returned safely to the forrest. Seelky sliped quetly from the shadows knowing that Lilith would sence her near, and waited for her friend to see her before she spoke. What is wrong my friend? Did your human fall for another?? We must hurry and go to the caretaker your human searches for you and tho this pond is remote he will not find you among the other swans unless you choose for him to do so.

I wish him nothing but dead, her thoughts came to Seelky. She swam out of the pond and made her way through the brush towards the bench with the caretaker. Will you stay with me dear friend? I fear I will need a good friend before the day is out... she glanced at Seelky.

Seelky heard her friends words and wished there was something she could do to help her other than offer comfort. She wanted to know what had happened but now was not the time to ask. Watching she waited until Lilith moved to the other swans, and watched as the caretaker came out of his house to feed the birds in his care.

yes i will stay but i will have to slip into the shadows.. wouldnt want a hunter or your Christian to think i was stalking prey. Seelky said with a sly grin and tilt of her head listining as the men moved further into the forrest and watching the birds and other creatures fleaing from their path.

Licking her paw and cleaning her fur Seelky lazly streatched and looked back at her friend noding and bowing slightly to her before she slipped into the bushes near by.

Christian would love nothing more than to follow with his men. They did have a good sense of fanning out to search the area properly, but he thought it best to coordinate from afar. Here he could use the advantage and make sure to get his woman back.

Christian made his way to the top of the hill. A vantage point for all to see. He watched his men dart around, moving here and there, seeming to find trails and then miss them once more.

He sat on a stump, ignoring most of the beautiful nature around him, peering over at what had to be done. She would be his, soon enough.

Soon enough.

Gregor

The young man traispsed along the wooded path slowly. It was more of a trail, actually. And Gregor wasn't sure it wasn't something that only the animals could follow. Animals and those used to the woods, that is.

"I don't know why I said I would help with this search," he said aloud. "More than likely, the girl is long gone by now. And all these bodies and horses and dogs are just mucking things up and scaring the game out of this part of the forest." He picked and prodded at the bushes as he walked and talked to himself, and gave a deep sigh.

"Going to be hard times hunting 'round here for a few months," Gregor muttered. He stopped at a small split in the trail to debate with himself which way to go. Ping, ping, ping...a good sized handful of acorns rained down upon him. They struck his helmet and fell about the forest floor.

Gregor looked up, sure that he must have startled a squirrel or something; but, although he made out the branches swaying, he couldn't spot anything in them right off hand. But he cocked his head as he looked.

Was that someone...giggling?

SweetFlower stifled her giggle as the man looked around in confusion.

This time her chosen arsenol was a pinecone as she let it fly towards the man.

She disappeared once more, this time reappearing behind a giant old oak, peeking around the trunk. This was her game, and she loved it.

"You know you aren't going to find her."

She spoke with a grin on her face, knowing that the man would think he was hearing voices. Well, that is what he deserved when he came into her forest. Her mischevious mind was already working on what trick to play next.

Carl woke from his dream. Or did he? Voices danced in his head, yet he could not see anyone around him. Or did he? Something would wink into existence for the briefest moment, announcing its appearance. But when his old eyes turned to see what -- or who -- it was, there it was not. He shook his head. He was either going insane or senile, neither a welcome friend. He shook his head again, a mutter or a moan escaping from his lips.

OOC: Okay, go have fun with the human! :cathappy:

Seelky remained hidden by the shadows and the bushes around her, and had she been in human form would have laughed at the humans as they intered the area around the pond, and argued with the caretaker. What would you have me do Captin round up all the swans at this lake and take them to the dungon?? He asked indicating the 100 or so swans on the lake not counting chicks. Chace after one and they all fly away... they come to this lake of their own accord.. i feed them yes as is my job but i do not command them.

Seelky smiled slyly as she continued to watch the goings on, she could feel the fairys, gnomes, elves, and brownies sturing under the humans intrusion and knew that they would lead many of the humans on a merry chace. She was half tempted to contatct SweetFlower but knew that she was probably already enjoying having the humans to toy with.

Sweetflower grew bored of this human, and disapeared altogether with an audible pop and sprinkling of sparks.

She spied the commotion at the pond, and knew that there were enough things there causing a commotion. Then she spied another human, one ontop of a hill, and seemingly with an air of superiority.

She couldn't resist...but just had to give him a nudge, hoping to see him trip.

"What do you mean swans, are you out of your..." Christian fell face first into a puddle of mud, just the size of him. Several of his men leaped back as the surrounding splash missed them. He, however, had face planted, and was now covered head to toe in sticky, soppy, hardening mud.

Someone tried to laugh, but his eyes were daggers, and as soon as they found the person, silence filled the forest.

"We are looking for a girl," He growled, getting up. His whole body slowly dripped, mud coming off of him slowly but surely.

"A pretty girl in a simple green dress. Her name is Lilith. She is my fiance. I want her found and brought to me before the end of the day. Do not dawdle with animals, or elves or gnomes. Just bring me the girl. Now."

The left him, pushing the caretaker back to his work. Everyone else seemed to make themselves scarce as well, and soon the hill was empty, just himself once more.

Christian had felt something, some wind or weak breeze. It had to be. He examined the ground before the puddle, no stone or pebble or rift in the ground of any kind. It was impossible, he could not have tripped on nothing.

Christian took out a small handkerchief and began to wipe the mud from his face. Since it was drying though, the only thing he did was end up smearing more of it around.

He growled out loud.

Sweetflower tried hard to hide her giggle....after he fell face first in the mud, and then again as he tried to wipe it off.

She could have some real fun with this human.

Should she taunt him or simply toss something at him? Or would tripping be more entertaining? Oh the choices!

She chose to reappear on a boulder that the man had his back to. Her legs were crossed and chin cradled in her palm of her hand. She let him stand there for a minute, and then giggled again as he growled.

Realizing her mistake she dissapeared again...this ime as he turned she tugged on his tunic...hard...as she swirled around him.

This time he could feel the push. It tugged at him, and as he fell the second time, the only thing he could understand about it was the empathetic tearing sound of his clothing.

He fell back in the mud, a singularly impossible thing to do, considering the mud puddle was on only one side of the boulder, but here he was, face down in it one more time.

"All right," he came up, wiping away the fresh mud from the old mud, "Who did this?"

And then he saw his tunic, lying in the still swirling pool of brown dirt below him. He was naked before the world, his tunic fallen open, only a pair of stocking left to him.

He quickly grabbed at the shred of clothing, trying to cover himself, it did not do a very good job.

"Show yourself, or so help me..."

He didn't know she transformed? This was a shock to Lilith. She was only inches away from him as Sweetflower kept playing with him. She saw his nakedness and moved away. She had been his fiance but things had changed and now she wasn't all too sure she wanted to mean anything to him.

At that moment she wanted to will herself back to her human body, to stand there and ask the questions. Why had he left her in the first place? With him gone she hardly ate and had been getting weaker by the day. Whisperings had been going around the castle, he had been away buying and wooing a princess of great wealth, after all he wasn't married, yet. Lilith knew she could not compete with riches the fact that her an Christian were together at all was amazing to her. She had been of no noble birth, and had been a personal servant to him before love ever sprung up between them.

Just looking at him now made her heart ache as she pulled apart from the group and glided out onto the lake, a startling white swan all alone on the glass calm waters.

This time Sweetflower didnt even bother to hide her laughter. Her little prank had turned out better than she could even have foreseen!

But as she laughed she spied the swan that could only be The Lady.

As she didnt' know if she wanted to be revealed or not, so Sweetflower continued her distraction.

She made herself appear behind him, sitting on the stump with her legs crossed.

"Aww how are you going to find her dressed like that?"

Seelky had been focused souly on what SweetFlower was doing to Lilith's Christian and so had missed the human who had slipped up behind her. Catching his sent at the last moment she jumped and as the human yelled a warning to his Lord and the rest of the men.

Seelky ran streght between Christian's legs as he stood their trying to cover himself and into the surrounding forrest to seek out another bolt hole nearby. She hoped that both hers and SweetFlowers distractions would give Lilith enough time do decide if she wished to speak with him or not. Ether way she smiled enjoying that she would at least be luring some of his men away.

Christian did his best to make a small skirt out of the tattered remains of his clothing. He tied it around his waist, letting his upper body show through, lean muscle hidden only by the thinnest layer of drying mud.

"Yes, it must be funny," He looked back at his assailant, a young girl, nothing more than a maid, little slip of a thing that sat on his boulder, and laughed at his misery.

"You pushed me, didn't you?" He nodded his head as he said this, mud dripping from him each time he did so.

"Why? Who are you??"

Sweetflower ignored his question and grinned at him.

"Well I would call you a lord...but you are hardly dressed for the occasion."

She spied Seelky darting by in her fox form, and inwardly thought of what a fun time she must be having distracting the men.

She stretched a bit on the boulder, lettng the sun warm her skin.

" Some bit of luck too, hitting the only mud patch around."
