From the WSJ today:

Rep. Jared Golden, a Maine Democrat who represents a district that Trump won in 2016 and 2020, wrote an editorial on Tuesday in the Bangor Daily News declaring: “While I don’t plan to vote for him, Donald Trump is going to win. And I’m OK with that.”

From the WSJ:
Washington Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez told the ABC affiliate KATU that she believes Biden will lose in November.

“About 50 million Americans tuned in and watched that debate. I was one of them for about five very painful minutes,” she told the Portland station Tuesday. “We all saw what we saw, you can’t undo that, and the truth, I think, is that Biden is going to lose to Trump. I know that’s difficult, but I think the damage has been done by that debate.”

More from WSJ:

Some Democrats are now openly questioning whether Biden should step aside for a new nominee.

“We have to be honest with ourselves that it wasn’t just a horrible night,” Rep. Mike Quigley (D., Ill.) said on CNN on Tuesday.

“We need to let the president think about whether he wants to continue moving forward,” Rep. Angie Craig (D., Minn.), who represents a competitive district in the Minneapolis suburbs, told local reporters. “And he is the only one who can manage to change the situation at the moment. He’s the only one who can step aside.”
