Now that two states have legalized, it opens the door for the others to do so.
Maybe, ( I say that with mild optimism and a whole lot of sarcasm) Congress will start working with the states on this.

as pointed out in another thread, alaska has done this since 1975.
feds haven't fucked with them. they do however fuck with medical marijuana issues, since they classify it as a medicine for treatment. and under drug laws it is not seen as a medicine which gives them a door to kick open. a lot of dispensaries have been busted and homes, etc., confiscated.
just legalizing it is the best way to keep the feds away.
this may open the door for those states to allow hemp production. with that you couldn't grow decent weed outdoors since there would be so much male pollen floating around you'd end up with seedy shit.
