Does anyone else here watch Smalliville?? Does anyone also know when the new shows start back up again??????????

originally the show was supposed to be called "gotham" about a young bruce (batman) wayne. it was in development hell for about a decade and then at the last minute was switched to the story of a young clark (uprman) kent.

it's been so long...

the one with Christopher Reeves? Yeah, they've really put a twist on the series. Sometimes it grates my nerves to know how much Chloe likes/loves Clark yet, all he has eyes for is Lana. The raciest ep was the one where the parasite got ahold of the kids and Pete slipped Clark the red kryptonite.

I really was freaking on that episode too. My wife got into the show, I was so totally shocked cause she never likes any of that kind of stuff. This show is great and can see it having a long run as long as they don't get dorky with it.

i understand that...my hubby was a bit disappointed in a way b/c it varies so much from the "traditional" superman storyline. he's a superman fan and compares the old/new storylines alot.

I think Smallville is basically Dawsons Creek with Clark Kent. It's still a really neat show though. I watch it every once in a while if I have time. It's really neat how he seems to discover a new power or element of being superman every other episode.

grrr...

just saw part 1 of the season finale. I hate when the "to be continued..." things. Now that Clark & Lana have kissed and are "furthering" their friendship...the sucky part is that Chloe saw them at the end and it crushed her. What a way for the show to end, Chloe leaving in tears. *sigh*
I can't wait to see next Tuesday's ep.
