Small split and raw skin on dick

Hello,
Over the course of a dew weeks I have developed dry skin just under my head on the bottom side of my dick. I tried putting lotion on it to no avail, now i can peel some dead skin off it, and there is even a split in the skin that hurts like hell everytime i get hard....any ideas on what I can do to heal this?

Go see a doctor, and let them have a look at it.

Do what Shy said, and hold off on getting hard til you have.

i get a dry spot that cracks sometimes in the winter, just lay off it and let it heal and be gentler
