For the first part, the promiscuous one runs the show and teases/condescends her best friend as she loses her virginity (adds some humiliation aspect) and then when the slutty one has her turn, the newly deflowered shy one encourages the bf to get rough as her attempt at payback, and because she feels like a grown-up big girl now she can be bossy too.

30 is good. I just don't think the man necessarily needs to be older. He can relate to her better if he's closer to her age. But that's just my preference.
