What song(s) do you enjoy the most when you want to do a romantic slow dance. The kind where your mind entwines with your partner and your legs move in unison around the floor.

There are so many!!!

I don't really have a favorite...but slow dancing to anything is wonderful. I especially like it if there aren't too many people around, and the atmosphere is as romantic as the slow songs that are playing.

Also, do all guys' hands wander down to us gals' butts when you slow dance with us...is that a guy thing or what? LOL

LOL, I don't think its a guy thing Brandi, i have had a few of the ladies hands roaming down my back. Hell, i just let my roam down her back to..lol

I'm probably in the minority but I usually don't butt grab. When I slow dance with a woman I move her around the floor and direct her body movements with my right hand on the small of her back. I don't just stand there and sway back and forth.

Of course, if we have paused to kiss then that's a different story.

We had a beautiful wedding song. It was the same song he had asked me to dance to the first time we met.

It's so rare to find a man of my generation who knows how to lead, Tony. *sigh*

As for your origional question, I love the slow romantic ballads, but I also love the naughty, dirty dancing kinds of songs that you can dance real close to. And even though I don't get to do it much, I love music from the big band era for dancing.

Countess, you have a rare ability to appreciate music from several genres. I like the dirty close one's too with a Benny Goodman thrown in for good measure. If I ever see you on a dance floor, watch out.
