I'm just watching Slobodan Milosevic's trial in The Hague on CNN. It is making me sick to see how he says that he had nothing to do with the Genocide during and after the Bosnian/Kosovo Conflict.
He brought war and dispair to a beautiful country that is only 3h drive away from where I grew up. Now he is trying to justify himself that he did not know of the cruelties, that he did not know that there were concentration camps.

I love Yugoslavia, it is such a beautiful country,... at least when I last saw it. Croatia & Slovenia almost fully recovered but the people in Kosovo are still living with the constant threat of war. How can Milsoevic even attempt to deny the charges of the crimes against humanity?

He claims that the court is inventing things to charge him. And that if the rest of the world will look at the evidence again they will see that this is wrong. He calls upon the more honourable people from the West to speak up against this media campaign against the Serbs and him.

It is not the Serbs who are on trial - for god's sake. It is him-him-him.
