Ok, I'm looking to get some maitre d's, doormen and various other hospitality workers on my side, and while being friendly is a must, I also think a grease will help the wheels of my nightlife roll on out.

So... the best way to palm a note into someone's hand?

Any... heh... tips?

Have a note in your hand, folded in half is best, tuck it slightly under your right thumb

Make a slightly grand gesture of shaking their hand. The crumple of money should bring a smile.

Don't wink or anything, then just carry on as normal. They'll wait til you've walked away to check the amount.
