I'm not surprised that Raw Story's headline focuses on crabs instead of the real issues that Henderson talks about. But:

Crabs you can get rid of. An abusive childhood, or a therapist who takes advantage of transference to marry a beautiful and well-known woman (who came to him for help with her abused past)? Not so easy.

That's okay because at the end of the day she had "Wessonality!"

Umm tell me I'm not the only one who remembers those commercials.

On a serious note bad childhoods can never be shaken. I'm 43 and still occasionally scare the shit out of my wife when I wake up screaming. They call them night terrors and if you've never had them you never want them. I swear for at least fifteen minutes after them I really think I can smell beer and puke, the two scents I most closely associate my father with from back in that era. No amount of therapy can eradicate that you just learn to deal.
