Just got up - way too late. Got a class in 2.5hrs, it is raining, i can't be arsed but i got to go. I got dressed. I had breakfast. I checked my email. It is still raining. I live in Scotland - why am I surprised?
Morgy, if i can't sleep i usually listen to children's tapes like Winnie-The-Pooh or Harry Potter Audio Books or so with my walkman. This is the only thing that really works for me.

I am so naughty. I am not sleeping yet. BUT I am thinking of you guys on the other side of the world. Wishing I had fairy dust to help you sleep. You are not alone.
Sleep deprivation, insomnia, tossing and turning, babies, toddlers and waking early sucks when you need to sleep. As a consolation? Shall I learn to do audio? And write a lullaby for those of us who have insomnia, little babies,toddlers or toss and turn with sleepless nights?

Things aren't that much better for a lot of us "east coasters" as well!
Haven't had a decent night's sleep since my visitor left town! Trying to deal with just a few hours at a time, but insomnia is certainly paying a price with my nervous system!
Hope we can all rest easy soon!
